Return Eligibility:

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving the product if:

  • The item is defective or damaged on arrival

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item does not match the description

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Items must be returned in the same condition received

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personal care items (e.g., electric trimmers, skincare tools)

  • Opened software or digital goods

  • Products listed as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, customers can return eligible items and re-order the desired item separately.
